Douching for men is an essential step for any guy who wants to clean up before anal sex. With some proper care and a little bit of know-how, you can make preparing for sex easy and stress-free. I recommend practicing at home to become comfortable with the process.

The day of our session, it is best for you to douche at home 30 minutes to 1 hour before your scheduled date time. Then again when you arrive to make sure everything is clean!
How Douching Works

Douching works by flushing water through the colon to help clean out any residue that might still be leftover, even after using the bathroom. This helps to make sure that your tubes are clean and ready before the fun starts.

Anal Enemas and Anal Douches

The most common tool used when douching for men is a bulb-style enema. This is typically a water pouch reservoir connected to an insertable tube Enemas come in a variety of shapes, styles, and sizes – but most serve the same function. My go-to enema is a disposable one for obvious safety reasons. There are also personal enemas that I would recommend you get to practice at home! It is important that your enema is comfortable and safe to use. Look for materials that are body-safe. There are a lot of different enema types and sizes, and choosing the right one comes down to personal choice. A standard, medium bulb enema (7cm), which works for most people.

The Complete Guide

Before you use your enema, you want to get rid of as much as you can naturally. When using the bathroom, be sure to take your time and try not to strain yourself. Your enema is meant to take care of the small stuff, and little surprises that might have been left behind.

It is important to ensure that the area around the anus is clean and free from any debris. Please use a wet wipe or the bidet to clean the area before starting the enema.

Remove the cap and empty the contents of your enema in the sink and fill it with room temperature water. It is IMPORTANT that the water is not too hot and not too cold – your insides are extra sensitive. DON'T use soap! It that can cause unnecessary irritation – water will do the job just fine.

Lay on the floor on your side with one knee bent towards your chest, next to the toilet.
Remove the protective orange cap and gently slide in the tip of the enema so that it is about an inch inside. If you are using a personal enema at home, make sure you lube the tip!
Pro tip: It is best to use some lube on the enema tube to avoid discomfort. Simply lube up the enema and the entrance to your bum. This will make things go a lot easier. The disposable ones come pre-lubed, but it comes off after a few uses. I will have a few individual packs of lube for you. Don't hesitate to ask me for some extra lube if you need it!

Once you have the tip inserted, slowly squeeze the enema bulb. As you compress the enema bulb, the water will begin to flow inside. This may be a very strange sensation. It is best to relax the abdomen. Once your fully press the enema, DO NOT de-press or let go of the bulb! This will cause a personal enema to suck back in the dirty water. The disposable ones should not have this issue, but it is better to be safe!
Once you have pressed all of the water out or as much as possible, remove the tip, then release the bulb in the toilet. This will likely be a strange sensation, as you slide the tip out. Try to relax and move slowly.

After you are filled to the brim, take your time and try to hold the solution in for at least a few minutes before releasing it or until you feel the urge to go. This will allow the water to soften any gunk inside and really let the douching to its magic. The process of how to use an anal enema effectively largely comes down to patience.
Next, get on the toilet and release any water and remaining residue, just as you would use the bathroom normally. Take your time and evacuate any remaining water, making sure to completely empty your tank.

Finally, repeat this process one or two more times until the water comes out clean. It is important not to do it TOO many times as the water can cause dryness and irritation inside. Try to limit yourself to 3-5 flushes a session to avoid irritation. It is smart to wait 30 minutes to an hour after douching before having sex. This will allow any tissue irritation to subside, and give your body time to regulate. Also, pay close instructions on administering an enema while you are still learning. The process of how to use an anal enema is largely about practice and patience!

Douching at home will help clear out your tank. Douching at during our session is just to make sure all the pipes are clean! This will also help reduce the preparation time in session.
